The portal mirrors what our office sees, so you always have the same information we do.
Billing & invoices
See open balances, download past invoices and receipts, and update the payment method on file — no phone tag required.
Service & contract details
Review the equipment we installed, monitoring plans, warranty coverage and scheduled maintenance for every location you own.
System activity
Check recent events from your cameras, alarm panel and access control doors, including arm/disarm history and door unlocks.
Support requests
Open a service ticket, add photos of the issue and follow its status from dispatch through completion.

- 2Enter the email address we set up for your account and your password.
- 3Choose the site or location you want to review if you have more than one.

Portal access is created for customers with an active system or service agreement. If you have not received your invitation, or you forgot which email is on the account, contact us and we will get you set up the same business day.
